Refund Policy

When you register to our website, a demo with a 1000 characters will be automatically assigned to your account.
Please take your time to test our online service before buying.
Cancelling your subscription will not automatically initiate a refund, which is done manually by request only.

Request with-in 3 days
If you have paid for a one-time pack or for a subscription and would like to cancel it please contact us with a refund request at [email protected] within 72 hours.
Payments made for One-time packs or for subscription that have been bought more than 72 hours ago would not be eligible for a refund.

Full or Partial Refund
You are only eligible for a complete refund if you have not utilized any of the purchased characters. If you have already begun using some of your purchased characters, we will grant you a partial refund based on the percentage of the used characters. See the example below.
You purchased 100000 characters at $10 and at the time of refund request you used 50% of characters (50000 characters used) your partial refund amount will be $5 which is the 50% of $10

Why do we charge you on used characters?
When you initiate a character to voice conversion we are charged by API provider, but we give you a 1000 characters free to test at our own cost so kindly test our service before you purchase
